Enact is a pre-launch product. Access is limited to approved design partners and beta testers. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

All content, branding, and code associated with Enact is the property of Enact and its creators. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Enactis provided "as is" during the beta period. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
